ENMAX understands the evolving COVID-19 situation is having an impact on our customers and communities, and in response, we have implemented a COVID-19 Relief Program to assist those affected. We recognize these are difficult times and want our customers and communities to know that we're here to help.
Our program includes offering customers affected by COVID-19 access to
increased payment flexibility including installment plans, extending payment dates and/or suspension of collection-related activities on their ENMAX and City of Calgary municipal services.
In addition, we have suspended any
disconnection of electricity service for non-payment until further notice.
ENMAX is also committed to supporting our communities. In response to this evolving situation,
we are donating $50,000 in community response funding to our partner community service agencies including Distress Centre Calgary, Aspen Family and Community Network Society, and the Bissell Centre.
