Solar energy and your business

From wanting greater control over your energy to reducing carbon emissions, every day it seems like more and more Alberta businesses are looking at solar energy as an alternative source of their energy.

At ENMAX Energy*, we've helped connect businesses across Canada's sunniest province with the power of the sun for years.

Is solar right for your business?

Solar is often a natural fit for commercial rooftops. Generating your own electricity from the sun helps to reduce electricity-related emissions1. It's also a great way to demonstrate corporate leadership.

In Alberta, you can generate up to 100% of your net annual electricity consumption from solar PV, and any energy exported from your micro-generation site is reimbursed at your retail electricity rate, regardless of your choice of energy retailer2.

For more information, please send us your contact details and a member of our team will follow up with you.
