ENMAX Corporation (ENMAX) is pleased to announce the appointment of
Preet S. Dhindsa as Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer (CFO) effective March 29, 2021.
With over 25 years of senior experience spanning a range of industries and markets, Preet is an accomplished executive who brings deep financial acumen and extensive leadership experience to the role. Before joining ENMAX, Preet previously served as Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer, Global Banking & Markets at Scotiabank, overseeing finance teams in Canada, the US, Europe and Asia.
Prior to his time with Scotiabank, Preet held the position of Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer & Chief Financial Officer at the Ontario Lottery & Gaming Corporation where he led the organization's finance, human resources, risk management and information technology functions. Earlier in his career, Preet held senior advisory and executive roles with Ernst & Young and INVESCO where he oversaw national sales, human resources and finance teams.
Preet was selected as a
Diversity 50 Board Candidate by the Canadian Board Diversity Council and has held board and advisory board positions at Rosenzweig & Company, an executive search firm, the Interprovincial Lottery Corporation (Canada) and the Halton Region Children's Aid Society.
Preet is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) and holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Statistics from Western University, a Graduate Diploma in Accounting from Wilfrid Laurier University, and a Chartered Director designation from The Directors College.
