Account Information

​1 ​Name of the account holder and the Service Address for this statement.
​2 Your ENMAX account number, along with the dates of the billing period.

Balance Information

​3 ​The total amount due for payment and payment due date. Late payment fees may be applied to your account if payment is received after this date.
​4 ​The balance of your last statement and any payments that we have received.
​5 ​Summary of new charges for this billing period.
​6 ​Telephone contact information for meter readings, service inquiries, customer service and emergencies.
​7 ​ENMAX will post new messages monthly regarding your account in this space. Please remember to review this section of your statement monthly.
​8 ​The address to which statements and correspondence are mailed (may differ from the Service Address)

All customers are free to purchase natural gas services from the default supply provider or from a retailer of their choice and to purchase electricity services from the regulated rate provider or from a retailer of their choice. The delivery of natural gas and electricity to you is not affected by your choice. If you change who you purchase natural gas services or electricity services from, you will continue receiving natural gas and electricity from the distribution company in your service area.
