Charge Details

​11 Days billed - The number of days between your previous and your present electricity meter read.
Meter number - This is the meter inventory number. You can look at your meter to confirm that it corresponds with the number on your statement.
Meter reading dates - The previous and present meter reading dates representing the time period between which your electricity was billed for.
BC (Billing code) - An 'A' indicates an actual meter reading and an 'E' indicates an estimated meter reading.
Site ID - A site ID is a 13 digit identification number linked to your address and meter information to correctly bill your consumption.
Use (kWh/kVa) - Your total electricity consumption measured in kilowatts.

13 Days billed - The number of days between your previous and your present natural gas meter read.
Meter number - This is the meter inventory number. You can look at your meter to confirm that it corresponds with the number on your statement.
Meter reading dates - The previous and present meter reading dates representing the time period between which your gas was billed for.
BC (Billing code) - An 'A' indicates an actual meter reading and an 'E' indicates an estimated meter reading.
Gas Conversion - Gas consumption can be effected by environmental factors such as temperature. A conversion factor indicates the gas you consumed had a higher heating value than average.
Use (GJ) - Your total natural gas consumption measured in gigajoules.

​15 Days billed - The number of days between your previous and your present water meter read.
Meter number - This is the meter inventory number. You can look at your meter to confirm that it corresponds with the number on your statement.
​​Meter reading dates - The previous and present meter reading dates representing the time period between which your water was billed for.
​BC (Billing code) - An 'A' indicates an actual meter reading and an 'E' indicates an estimated meter reading.
Use (m3) - Your total water consumption measured in cubic meters. (1 m3 = 1000 litres)
​16 Meter Water Charge - This charge is based on your water consumption. It includes the cost of drawing water from the river, treating, pumping and delivering the water to your house.
Basic Service Charge - The monthly service charge on your water bill includes the cost and maintenance of your water meter, as well as the costs of reading the meter monthly and issuing your bill. It also includes the costs of providing Fire Protection services.
