Assorted energy consuming fixtures do not have meters attached (for example, streetlighting) and instead have consumption based on fixtures and hours of use. The hours are based on the deemed profile.

In the included example, the profile details a fixture that turns on in the evening, and off in the morning. A burn hour value equal to one means the site is consuming energy based on the installed fixtures for a complete hour (zero burn hours would equal zero 'power on' hours).
