Select one of the options below if you require a meter installation or removal in Calgary and are billing on the government Regulated Rate Option (RRO).
If you're not on the RRO contact your retailer directly and they'll coordinate the installation/removal of your meter with ENMAX Power Corp. on your behalf.

If you want a meter installed
you’ll need a site id for each location. Once you have received your site id please wait 24 hours prior to submitting your meter installation request.
If you want a meter removed,
just sign in to your online account and we'll walk you through the process. In order to remove a meter you must be the property owner. To remove a gas or water meter please contact your service distributor.

All customers are free to purchase natural gas services from the default supply provider or from a retailer of their choice and to purchase electricity services from the regulated rate provider or from a retailer of their choice. The delivery of natural gas and electricity to you is not affected by your choice. If you change who you purchase natural gas services or electricity services from, you will continue receiving natural gas and electricity from the distribution company in your service area.
