1. Switch online or call 310-2010. Your new rate will become effective immediately. You can only change to rates which are available at that time you elect to switch.
ƗA Cost Recovery Fee of $228.38 per Device will apply to early cancellations or terminations of this Agreement, or if a natural gas Site, electricity Site, or Energy Plan is deleted such that you no longer qualify for the Device(s) you received. See Terms and Conditions for full details.
‡ When the term of this Energy Plan expires, you will automatically switch to the longest term Fixed Electricity Energy Plan available. You can always switch Energy Plans once per month or cancel on one month’s notice.
