New current transformer meter installation checklist

This checklist must be completed before a site visit will be made to install your meter.

Things to know before you start:

  • You need to have submitted a current transformer (CT) request form.
  • Your service capacity should be 400 Amps or greater.
  • Second-trip service charges might apply for non-compliance if the site is found not ready at the time of the initial requests.
  • All the fields that contain red asterisks(*) are mandatory.

    • Copy of confirmation email stating the site is enrolled and requested to be energized
    • Photo of the green inspection sticker/meterbase
    • Photo of the Instrument Transformers installed
    • Photo of the ENMAX back brass transformer padlock
    • Photo of the distribution breaker feeding the meter
    • Copy of single line schematics
