Customer survey provides valuable feedback; more information coming on next steps

In October 2023, we conducted a ​survey with the help of Insights Matter to find out what we’re doing well and what we could be doing better with customers.

Almost 40 per cent of survey recipients completed the survey and the feedback received was invaluable.

“We want to send a huge thank you to all those who took the time to complete the survey,” said Brandy Eagleson, partner relationship management. “We heard loud and clear that we need to be more proactive in our communication – both in general ENMAX Power-related and project-specific communications.”

“Your feedback helps us better understand where we need to move in the customer experience space.” said Eagleson. “We will continue to review your feedback and are currently developing our plan to respond to what you had to say.”​
