Canadian Pacific Railway (CP Rail) has requested that ENMAX Power Corporation (ENMAX) alter its existing 138 kV 2.83L transmission line to accommodate the expansion of the existing CP Rail bridge that crosses the Elbow River at 9 Avenue SE. As a result, ENMAX proposes to replace two existing steel lattice structures with two new steel self-supporting monopoles adjacent to 7 Street SE (the Project).
