ENMAX Energy is pleased to offer the Business Employee Referral Program (the "Program") as a courtesy. The Company is not required to participate in the Program.
The Program is open to the Company if it has an existing ENMAX Energy competitive retail energy agreement, its account is in good standing, and ENMAX Energy has provided it with a custom promotional code for the Program (the "Promo Code"). When the Company refers an employee or individual contractor (in either case, for the purposes of these terms and conditions, an "Employee") of the Company who is not an EasyMax®, Choose LightTM or Choose FreeTM customer to EasyMax® by providing the Employee with the Promo Code, and the Employee signs up for an EasyMax® agreement using the Promo Code either online or by calling 310-2010 (in Alberta), the Company will receive a $50 account credit and the Employee will receive a $100 account credit. The Employee must meet our eligibility criteria for the energy plan they wish to sign up for.
Offer may not be applicable if Employee has received an ENMAX Energy offer or promotion within the last 12 months. When the Company provides an Employee who is a current EasyMax®, Choose LightTM or Choose FreeTM customer with the Promo Code, and the Employee calls 310-2010 (in Alberta) with the Promo Code, the Employee will receive a $50 account credit (there is no associated Company account credit). Credits will be applied within 60 days, provided that if the Employee's ENMAX Energy agreement is cancelled or terminated during this time, then the credits may not be applied. The Company can receive a maximum of 15 credits in any one calendar year. However, the Company can still provide the Promo Code to Employees, and, if eligible, the Employees can still receive the applicable credits.
From time to time, ENMAX Energy may provide the Company with promotional materials in respect of the Program. The Company is under no obligation to display or share these materials, but if the Company does display or share these materials, the Company agrees not to make any change to the materials without the prior written consent of ENMAX Energy. The Company agrees to only disclose the Promo Code to its employees and individual contractors.
The Program and the credits have no cash value. No substitute or alternate offer or compensation will be offered to any person not eligible to participate in the Program or otherwise not able to benefit from the Program. We will withhold credits if we reasonably suspect fraud or any other illegal activity. The Company agrees to comply with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation and applicable privacy legislation. Program not open to a Company who is an employee or individual contractor of ENMAX Corporation or its subsidiaries. Program subject to change or cancellation at any time without notice.
By participating in the Program, you consent to the collection, use, retention and disclosure of your personal information (if any) by us for the purposes of confirming your eligibility for, and otherwise administering, the Program. We use one or more third party service providers to help us administer the Program. These service providers may be located in jurisdictions outside Alberta or Canada (including, without limitation, the United States of America). As a result your personal information (if any) may be accessible to regulatory authorities in accordance with the laws of any such third party’s jurisdiction. You consent to the collection, use, retention and disclosure of your personal information as set out above and/or in accordance with the terms of The ENMAX Personal Information Commitment which can be viewed at www.enmax.com, for the duration of your ENMAX Energy agreement and 60 days thereafter or until all your obligations under that agreement are fulfilled, whichever is later. From time to time, we may make changes to our Personal Information Commitment, without notice to you. This consent is in addition to any consent you provide in connection with your ENMAX Energy agreement.
