Fluctuates monthly based on weather and market conditions. This rate is determined at the end of the month.

You can choose any retailer listed at www.ucahelps.alberta.ca. Electricity delivery to your home or business isn’t affected by your choice of retailer.

1. You can switch between fixed and floating rates once per month either online or by contacting ENMAX Energy at 310-2010. If you change plans, your new rate will become effective immediately. You can only change to a rate which is available at the time your elect to switch.

Customers are free to purchase natural gas services or electricity services from a retailer of their choice. For a list of retailers, visit ucahelps.alberta.ca or call 310-4822 (toll free in Alberta).
