Several factors drive the ability and cost of connecting large load projects to the ENMAX electric system such as project location, operating characteristics, load forecast and timing.
The following map illustrates the estimated load capacity available within the ENMAX distribution service territory.

Downtown core: Large load or primary metered projects are considered 720 kVA or higher in the downtown core.
Outside of the downtown core: Projects higher than 1 MVA are large load or primary metered projects.
