This form is:

For homeowners, electricians, developers, and contractors requesting electrical service modifications within ENMAX service area.
e.g: New or upgraded electrical services, infrastructure modifications, and temporary service requests.
This form is NOT:
- For managing set up/cancellation of customer accounts or billing/rate inquiries
- For temporary disconnect-reconnect requests please contact Request a service
- For acquiring a new Site ID
- For DER/Microgeneration connections.

To complete this form you will need the following:

Contact information for the project site, billing, and on site contact.

Your upgraded or new electrical service details including electrical panel details, amps and volts.

Your project site plan. This could be something as simple as a marked up screenshot or as complex as a drafted drawing.

Your electrical single line diagram - This will be required for all commercial services and residential services greater than 200A
Please ensure that you have spoken to an electrician or electrical consultant to confirm that your secondary system can produce the desired amperage selected and will meet all applicable codes & standards
