ENMAX Power Corporation Load Capacity Map and Hosting Capacity Map Explanation and Disclaimer

The Load Capacity Map and Hosting Capacity Map (together the "Capacity Maps") illustrate the estimated available capacity on the ENMAX Power Corporation ("ENMAX") electric distribution system. The sole purpose of the Capacity Maps is to provide general information to customers to allow them to identify areas where interconnections could be added which may require fewer significant modifications to the ENMAX electric distribution system. The information in the Capacity Maps is not detailed, is provided on an as-is and as-available basis and is not guaranteed to be accurate, complete or current.  Access may be limited or discontinued at any time and without notice.  You shall not rely upon the Capacity Maps for the exact location of ENMAX infrastructure, and you remain obligated to call Alberta One Call to obtain locates prior to performing a ground disturbance.  ENMAX expressly disclaims any warranty, representation or guarantee in connection with the Capacity Maps and the information therein.  Use of the Capacity Maps is solely at your risk.  You agree to defend, indemnify and release ENMAX, its affiliates and each of their officers, directors, employees and contractors from all damages, liabilities, losses, claims, demands, obligations, costs and expenses, including all claims of third parties, relating to your accessing and/or using the Capacity Maps.  ENMAX conveys no intellectual property or other rights in the Capacity Maps or any other ENMAX intellectual property.

Details of a potential interconnection will be required prior to ENMAX being able to determine what, if any, modifications to the electric distribution system are required to accommodate the interconnection you are contemplating. The feasibility, cost and timelines to interconnect with the ENMAX electric distribution system are affected by many factors, and can only be determined following detailed studies, which will be completed at your cost.  Issues extraneous to ENMAX may also impact the suitability of a proposed interconnection point, including permitting and ability to interconnect with other utilities.
