Timelines and Expectations

Like any job, it takes time to do this right. A typical project can take 8 to 10 months* and may require an Initial Payment**, depending on your requirements. ENMAX Power understands that your time and money is valuable, so let us help you quickly initiate the right project for your needs.

* Timelines vary from Project to Project and do not start until Initial Payment is received. Timeline refers to construction of the facilities needed to bring you power. Secondary cable energization to your facilities are not included in this. See the energization process.

** The Initial Payment is required to cover cost to produce a preliminary design & formal quotation and will be deducted from the final quoted price. In the event of project cancellation, the customer will be refunded minus any incurred costs.

Where's the Line?

All customers are free to purchase natural gas services from the default supply provider or from a retailer of their choice and to purchase electricity services from the regulated rate provider or from a retailer of their choice. The delivery of natural gas and electricity to you is not affected by your choice. If you change who you purchase natural gas services or electricity services from, you will continue receiving natural gas and electricity from the distribution company in your service area.
