Easymax customers can set up pre-authorized payments via their bank account or credit card* (Visa^® or MasterCard^®). Make a one-time payment or manage active payment options.

To set up a pre-authorized payment service or make a payment for my account:

1. Use your ENMAX account to set up payments
2. Contact our Customer Care team or 24/7 ENMAX Virtual Assistant at 310-2010. At this time our team cannot set up credit card payments by phone.

(Debit cards, including Visa® debit or MasterCard® debit cards cannot be used for ENMAX payments.)

• At the bank in person
• Cheque by mail (ENMAX Energy, PO Box 2900 STN M, Calgary, AB T2P 3A7)
• Calgary City Cashier (Municipal Building, 800 MacLeod Trail S.E) Pre-authorized payment

Customers on a regulated rate (RRO or Rate of Last Resort) or who only receive municipal services (water/sewer and waste recycling): can set up pre-authorized payments via their bank account.
