ENMAX Energy Corporation offers a variety of services that we bill depending on the needs of the consumer. Below are some of the charges you could expect to see on your invoice.
You can process your move in the My Account page, or call 310-2010 and a call centre representative will be happy to help you.
You can find your account balance by logging in to your account online, by looking at page one of your current invoice or by calling 310-2010 to speak to a call centre representative.
If our meter reader can not access your meter, a card will be left in your mailbox inviting you to read your meter and call it in.If you decided not to take your own reading, your energy consumption will be based on estimated readings rather than your actual consumption.If you live in Calgary or Red Deer, information on reading your meter can be found
in our Meter Services section.
A Site ID is a number which refers to a static location where a utility is delivered. Think of this as the numeric address for the meter. These numbers are assigned by the utility distributor and are used as the carrier for meter reads. Site ID’s for each utility service are specific (meaning that there is a site ID for gas, and a different one for electricity).The site ID can be found on page three of your ENMAX invoice.
All customers are free to purchase natural gas services from the default supply provider or from a retailer of their choice and to purchase electricity services from the regulated rate provider or from a retailer of their choice. The delivery of natural gas and electricity to you is not affected by your choice. If you change who you purchase natural gas services or electricity services from, you will continue receiving natural gas and electricity from the distribution company in your service area.
