This form is for:

Replacing, rewiring or upgrading a main electric panel, meter socket, or mast.

Service entry relocations for new construction or building additions.
Do not use for:
- This is NOT for urgent or immediate power concerns. For emergencies, please call 403-514-6100.
- Brand-new service requests (you have a new site ID but no meter yet). These must be requested through your electrical retailer.
- Permanent disconnection requests (you no longer need the existing service). Contact your electrical retailer.
Things to know before you start:

Before your service can be reconnected you may require an electrical permit number followed by a completed inspection or an authorization (received via email) from the City of Calgary Electrical Inspections Department. If required ensure these steps are completed before requesting the reconnection.
