A simpler way to find what you need in My Account
Whether you use My Account on your computer, phone or another device, our goal is simple: make it easier to find what you need and manage your account on your terms.
You told us. We listened.
Customers told us that the mobile-style menu could be confusing and difficult to use on larger screens. We took that feedback to heart. We know the menu is how you find your way around My Account, so we looked for ways to make it more intuitive. The result is an updated menu that follows established navigation best practices, puts common tasks within easier reach and helps you know where to go next.
What’s changing?
- A simpler menu: We’ve reduced the number of layers so you can get to common tasks more directly.
- Clearer labels: We’ve replaced internal terms and jargon with straightforward descriptions.
- Grouped related options together: Similar tasks are easier to find in one place.
- A better experience on larger screens: The biggest difference will be noticeable when using My Account on a desktop or other large screen.
- Helpful descriptions on smaller screens: The mobile experience will remain familiar, with added descriptions under submenu items to help you choose where to go.
These changes are intended to make digital self-service simpler and more inclusive, so more customers can complete everyday tasks efficiently and with confidence.
Designed with you, not just for you.
Before moving ahead with the updated navigation, we tested the design extensively with both ENMAX customers and non-customers. The vast majority of participants found the new structure intuitive, logical and well organized.
That feedback helped confirm that we were moving in the right direction: making My Account easier to understand without completely changing an experience customers already know.
Yes, it’s still My Account.
A different-looking website can sometimes cause concern. If My Account looks different when you sign in on or after November 5, that’s expected.
The changes themselves are relatively small, but they are focused on something important: helping you spend less time looking for the right option and more time getting your task done. The new navigation launches November 5, 2026.
