In connection with enrolling for paperless bills and/or online portal access, you, the Customer, are requesting that ENMAX Energy grant online portal access and/or provide paperless bills, as applicable, to the Authorized Agent.

ENMAX Energy requires consent in order to accommodate this access request. Please complete this form and our team will look after the rest. Customers are responsible for managing their Authorized Agents. Customers can confirm which authorized agents are listed on their account or can remove authorized agents by contacting ENMAX Energy at business@enmax.com.

This Consent remains valid unless and until ENMAX Energy has received written notice from the Customer of the revocation of this consent, including any change to the authorized representatives of the Authorized Agent.

The Customer acknowledges and agrees that ENMAX Energy and its affiliates shall have no liability in connection with the disclosure of the above-noted information in accordance with this authorization request.

The parties acknowledge and agree that an electronic transmission of this Consent provided by the Customer to ENMAX Energy is valid and binding upon the Customer. This Consent is governed by Alberta law.
