Commercial electronic invoice options

You can choose how you receive your commercial invoices.

Invoice via email

With this option, you will receive an email with an invoice attachment (in Adobe PDF format).

We would like to inform you that such communication by email over the Internet and other publicly accessible networks is not secure, and is subject to possible loss, interception or alteration while in transit.

Invoice alert via email

With this option, you will receive an email notice (without any attachments) whenever an invoice is posted to your billing account(s). You can then access your invoice(s) via our secure website which requires a username and password.

Already have access to our online portal?

You can access your account and invoice information via www.enmax.com/reports.  Access to this website is secure and requires a username and password, which you should have been provided with after sign up. If you do not have this information, contact our commercial customer care team, and they will help you get set up.

Understanding your bill

Commercial customers on an energy contract will receive a monthly invoice for their account which contains:

  • A summary page that shows:
    • Summary of payments made and processed to the account from the time the previous invoice was issued
    • The total charge for electricity and/or natural gas services for your account
    • Your total balance due
  • Energy definitions (on page 2) which explains the terms used in the energy business
  • A dedicated page for each site on your contract(s). Each page will include a subtotal for each site ID

Online Reporting

Commercial customers on an energy contract can access our free and secure online reporting system. With this system, you can access your energy data for:

  • A pdf copy of your invoice
  • A summary of your invoice charges and consumption
  • Details regarding meter readings

All customers are free to purchase natural gas services from the default supply provider or from a retailer of their choice and to purchase electricity services from the regulated rate provider or from a retailer of their choice. The delivery of natural gas and electricity to you is not affected by your choice. If you change who you purchase natural gas services or electricity services from, you will continue receiving natural gas and electricity from the distribution company in your service area.
