ENMAX Corporation (ENMAX) is pleased to announce the appointment of
Helen J. Wesley as Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer effective January 1, 2016.
Helen brings more than 20 years of financial and senior leadership experience in the international oil & gas and chemicals industries. From 2010 to 2014, she was Executive Vice President, Corporate Services for Talisman Energy and prior to that, spent 10 years with Petro-Canada in senior financial and operational leadership positions, including Vice President and Treasurer for Suncor Energy following its merger with Petro-Canada. Most recently, she served as an executive search consultant with Spencer Stuart specializing in global energy, financial officer and board practices.

Helen holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Calgary, an MBA from Bentley College in Boston, Massachusetts and a chartered financial analyst (CFA) designation. In 2012, she received the Management Alumni Excellence Award from the University of Calgary Haskayne School of Business and also holds a professional director designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors. She currently serves on the boards of Enerflex, a publicly traded energy services company, and CARE Canada, a nonprofit humanitarian organization.
