Code of Conduct Regulation Compliance

You are not required to purchase contracted electricity or other goods or services from ENMAX Energy Corporation to receive regulated electricity from your Wire Service Provider. You are free to choose other retailers. A listing of licensed retailers in Alberta is available at www.ucahelps.alberta.ca or by calling toll-free 310-4822.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use, your use of the Website, and all related matters shall be governed solely by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to the conflicts of law provisions of any jurisdiction. You hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Alberta in the City of Calgary in relation to all disputes arising from or related to this Agreement, your use of the Website and any related matters. 

General

These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between us and you pertaining to your use of this Website, and supersede any prior agreements between you and us with respect to the subject matter hereof. All customers are free to purchase natural gas services from the default supply provider or from a retailer of their choice and to purchase electricity services from the regulated rate provider or from a retailer of their choice. The delivery of natural gas and electricity to you is not affected by your choice. If you change who you purchase natural gas services or electricity services from, you will continue receiving natural gas and electricity from the distribution company in your service area.
