ENMAX Power projects ensure continued reliability to meet our City’s power requirements.

ENMAX Power builds, maintains and operates substation and transmission infrastructure as part of the electrical system in Calgary. These projects are regulated by the Alberta Utilities Commission.

ENMAX Power Corporation operates and maintains The City of Calgary’s distribution system which delivers electricity to homes and businesses. ENMAX Power also maintains and operates the transmission system around Calgary, which requires high voltage power lines to send electricity long distances.
