ENMAX No. 36 Substation Upgrades

Project Overview

ENMAX Power Corporation (ENMAX) is proposing to upgrade ENMAX No. 36 Substation located at 10202 Bearspaw Road N.  The proposed project will mitigate safety concerns and ensure reliability and integrity of the substation and electricity supply.

Project status

The Alberta Utilities Commission approved ENMAX's No.36 Substation Upgrades application on March 8, 2017. Construction is scheduled to start in early May 2017 with completion by December 2017.
