If you would like a Third Party to access your account within the portal, or if you are not the Legal Owner of the account, a Consent to Release Information to a Third Party form will need to be submitted.

Commercial customers on an energy contract will receive a monthly invoice for their account which contains:
A summary page that shows:
Energy definitions (on page 2) which explains the terms used in the energy business
A dedicated page for each site on your contract(s). Each page will include a subtotal for each site ID
