- Pay by credit card* using your online ENMAX account or by calling the 24/7 ENMAX Virtual Assistant

2. Regulated Rate Customers (RRO) and Municipal only accounts (Water/Sewer & Waste recycling):
- You can set up pre-authorized payments via your bank account by calling ENMAX at 310-2010 or from your online ENMAX account under “Payment options”.
- Not eligible for credit card payments.
(Note: Debit cards, including Visa® debit or MasterCard® debit cards cannot be used for ENMAX payments.)
