When is your meter being read?

Wondering how to determine when your meter will next be read?

By submitting your site identification number (found on your utility bill, it's a 13 digit number, beginning with "0020...") in the box below, you can find out the date your meter is scheduled to be read.

At this time, only Calgary residents can use this feature.

NOTE: Your scheduled reading could fluctuate up to two days before or after the given date due to circumstances beyond our control, such as the weather. New site IDs (residences) may not appear for two to three months.
