If you're not on the RRO contact your retailer directly and they'll coordinate the installation/removal of your meter with ENMAX Power Corp. on your behalf.

If you want a meter installed you’ll need a site id for each location. Once you have received your site id please wait 24 hours prior to submitting your meter installation request.

If you want a meter removed, just sign in to your online account and we'll walk you through the process. In order to remove a meter you must be the property owner. To remove a gas or water meter please contact your service distributor.
