ENMAX online account and click "View Bills & Preferences" button.

You'll receive your first notification by email when your bill is ready. If you don't receive a notification or have questions please call us at 310-2010.
You will receive an email notification when your paperless bill is ready. The email will provide a link for you to
sign in to your online account to review your bill.
Paperless notifications can only be sent one email address per account.
You can view your paperless bill in your
online account. You can also access, review and print up to 25 months of previous bills.
You'll be notified that your paperless bill ready the moment it's available. With standard mail delivery, you may have to wait up to seven days to receive a paper bill.
You do not need to cancel your ePost to sign-up for ENMAX paperless billing. If you switch to paperless, ENMAX will automatically cancel your ePost account.
You will be able to view 25 months of your billing history through your
ENMAX retains complete records of your billing history. Invoices past 25 months can always be retrieved by request by calling us at 310-2010. These documents can be provided by email or by mail, and there's no charge.
You can change the email address associated with paperless billing any time by signing in to your
online account to edit your preferences.

We may send you emails related to your account with us from time to time. You always have the option to unsubscribe from any email.
You will be able to view the last 13 months of your billing history on enmax.com through your online account.

The ENMAX Encompass Inc. (“ENMAX Encompass”) Paperless Contest – Mini-Rules
Some conditions apply.
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Contest begins at 12:01:01 MT on September 30, 2019 and closes at 11:59:59 MT on October 31, 2019 (the “Closing Date”). Draws will take place on October 9, October 17, October 25 and November 5, 2019. Contest is open to individuals who (i) are residents of Alberta, (ii) are aged 18 years or older as at the time of entry, (iii) receive billing for electricity and/or natural gas from ENMAX Encompass Inc., (iv) enter within the Contest time frame, and (v) comply with the Official Contest Rules and (vi) are not directly involved in the administration of the Contest (the “Entrant”). Limit of (1) entry per Entrant. There are four (4) prizes available to be won (the “Prizes”): Two (2) bill credits, approximate retail value of $250 each, one (1) bill credit, approximate retail value of $500, and one final bill credit of, approximate retail value of $1,000. One Prize maximum per Entrant. To be declared the winner, the randomly selected Entrant must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question and complete a declaration and release.
