Switch to paperless
To sign up for paperless billing, you can either call our Customer Care Centre at 310-2010, or sign in to your
ENMAX online account and click "View Bills & Preferences" button.

No, there is no charge for paperless or paper billing.
You'll receive your first notification by email when your bill is ready. If you don't receive a notification or have questions please call us at 310-2010.
You will receive an email notification when your paperless bill is ready. The email will provide a link for you to
sign in to your online account to review your bill.
Paperless notifications can only be sent one email address per account.
You can view your paperless bill in your
online account. You can also access, review and print up to 25 months of previous bills.
You'll be notified that your paperless bill ready the moment it's available. With standard mail delivery, you may have to wait up to seven days to receive a paper bill.
You do not need to cancel your ePost to sign-up for ENMAX paperless billing. If you switch to paperless, ENMAX will automatically cancel your ePost account.
You will be able to view 25 months of your billing history through your
ENMAX retains complete records of your billing history. Invoices past 25 months can always be retrieved by request by calling us at 310-2010. These documents can be provided by email or by mail, and there's no charge.
You can change the email address associated with paperless billing any time by signing in to your
online account to edit your preferences.

"My Information" tab in your online account or call 310-2010.
We may send you emails related to your account with us from time to time. You always have the option to unsubscribe from any email.
You will be able to view the last 13 months of your billing history on enmax.com through your online account.
ENMAX retains complete records of your billing history. Invoices past 13 months can always be retrieved by request by calling the Customer Care Center. These documents can be provided by email or by mail, and there is no charge applied.
All customers are free to purchase natural gas services from the default supply provider or from a retailer of their choice and to purchase electricity services from the regulated rate provider or from a retailer of their choice. The delivery of natural gas and electricity to you is not affected by your choice. If you change who you purchase natural gas services or electricity services from, you will continue receiving natural gas and electricity from the distribution company in your service area. For a current list of retailers you may choose from, visit www.ucahelps.gov.ab.ca or call 310-4822 (toll free in Alberta).
