Because you gave bouncing back a whole new meaning

Looking back on last year's flood, the outpouring of kindness and support displayed by citizens across our province demonstrated our amazing sprit as Albertans. While several customers experienced significant hardship and were directly affected by the flood, we also heard from many customers who shared some lighthearted, positive human moments in dealing with the lack of power.

They expressed how the event brought them closer and appreciated the role that electricity plays in their life. We created a video to not only thank our customers for their patience and help during that time but also to capture that positive, resilient spirit that made us smile.



All customers are free to purchase natural gas services from the default supply provider or from a retailer of their choice and to purchase electricity services from the regulated rate provider or from a retailer of their choice. The delivery of natural gas and electricity to you is not affected by your choice. If you change who you purchase natural gas services or electricity services from, you will continue receiving natural gas and electricity from the distribution company in your service area.
