We've been busy asking businesses what they wanted in an energy plan. We heard that businesses want options that offered better electricity rates with less frills.
With our Basic plan, business customers still get a guaranteed electricity rate* for five years, which helps protect them from fluctuating electricity rates.
This plan offers our lowest guaranteed electricity rate* for five years with the option to cancel by paying early termination fees of $125 per site, per year remaining in the Agreement. Natural gas plan also available.

If you are currently on a natural gas floating rate with ENMAX Energy, you may switch to the available fixed gas rate once during your agreement. Your new rate will become effective immediately and the expiry date of the Agreement will remain the same.
If the Term of your Energy Plan expires, you will continue to be enrolled as an ENMAX customer and this Agreement will continue on a month-to-month basis for a maximum of 12 months or until you have entered into a new agreement with us on the terms and prices that are then available. During the month to month continuation, your rate for electricity or natural gas (whichever portion of your Energy Plan has expired) will continue at ENMAX's then current five year fixed rate for electricity or natural gas, as applicable. The other provisions of your Agreement will still apply. Any portion of your agreement that is continued may be cancelled by either of us on 30 days' notice, without any obligation to pay the Early Termination Option Fee.
The Basic Plan is ideal for business customers that use up to 75,000 kWh of electricity per year, and up to 2,500 GJ of natural gas per year. It is not available to residential customers or to customers who are purchasing electricity for Sites located in certain Rural Electrification Associations or who purchase natural gas for Sites located in a Rural Gas Co-op or a municipally owned gas utility which has enacted an exclusivity bylaw.
All customers are free to purchase natural gas services from the default supply provider or from a retailer of their choice and to purchase electricity services from the regulated rate provider or from a retailer of their choice. The delivery of natural gas and electricity to you is not affected by your choice. If you change who you purchase natural gas services or electricity services from, you will continue receiving natural gas and electricity from the distribution company in your service area.
