We would like to inform you that such communication by email over the internet and other publicly accessible networks is not secure, and is subject to possible loss, interception or alteration while in transit.
Based on this risk, we recommend that you alternatively choose our "web" reporting option which is secure. With this option you receive notice via email (without any attachments) whenever an invoice is posted to your billing accounts. You can then access you invoices via our secure website at
www.enmax.com/reports. Access to this website requires a username and password, which we would be happy to set up for you if you do not already have access.
If you are understanding and accepting of the said risk associated with the email attachment option and are in agreement that ENMAX Energy Corporation, or its subsidiaries, and/or its' providers of such services are not liable for any damage you may experience or costs you may incur as a result of any such email over the internet then we require a reply from you to this message, requesting us to proceed with this "invoice via email service" for you. Failure to respond will be taken as non-agreement and no further action will be taken. If you desire a switch to our "web reporting service", please reply requesting that switch.
All customers are free to purchase natural gas services from the default supply provider or from a retailer of their choice and to purchase electricity services from the regulated rate provider or from a retailer of their choice. The delivery of natural gas and electricity to you is not affected by your choice. If you change who you purchase natural gas services or electricity services from, you will continue receiving natural gas and electricity from the distribution company in your service area.
