Days between bills

ENMAX bills are generated when we receive meter readings, and the time you’re charged for could range from 27 to 35 days. You’ll find the number of days your energy is billed for on page 3 of your invoice.

Meter estimates

When electricity or natural gas meters can't be read in person, your usage will be estimated based on the last confirmed reading. In most cases meter estimates only happen for a single billing period - but there are situations where consecutive billing periods will need to be estimated.
