Our Corporate Responsibility commitment exemplifies the belief that our bottom line lives beyond a ledger sheet, and that the value we deliver is derived from our ability to operate in a responsible and sustainable manner today and in the future. It's a culture of ethics, transparency and integrity that applies to all of our existing core values. Corporate responsibility demonstrates our belief in taking personal accountability for all that we do, including safety, customer care, environmental stewardship, and meaningful stakeholder and community engagement.
For the ninth consecutive year, ENMAX has been named to the Corporate Knights Best 50 Corporate Citizens. We are honoured in this validation of our commitment to Corporate Responsibility throughout our organization.

At ENMAX, our Corporate Responsibility commitment reflects our belief that the creation of meaningful value for our Shareholder and our customers comes from operating our business in a responsible and sustainable manner today and into the future.
Our mission is clear - we power the potential of people, businesses and communities. In 2016, we delivered on our mission by operating one of the most reliable utilities in Canada and through over one million customer interactions. We continued to work towards a brighter energy future by installing 50 per cent of Alberta’s solar capacity, investing over $250 million in Calgary’s transmission and distribution system and completing our transition from coal to natural gas and renewable energy. We are proud of what the ENMAX team has achieved, and look forward to working with our customers and communities to deliver a bright energy future. Corporate Responsibility is about ensuring transparency and integrity are top of mind in all that we do, and we believe in taking accountability for our actions – from providing a safe workplace and award-winning customer service, to playing a meaningful role in our communities and taking responsibility for environmental stewardship.

The delivery of natural gas and electricity to you is not affected by your choice. If you change who you purchase natural gas services or electricity services from, you will continue receiving natural gas and electricity from the distribution company in your service area.
