This report was prepared in alignment to the extent possible with the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Fourth Generation (G4) Guidelines and its accompanying Electric Utility Sector Supplement (EUSS), and discloses data from January through December 2016. The GRI is a widely used sustainability reporting framework and guides corporate disclosure of environmental, social and governance performance. In this, our tenth annual Corporate Responsibility (CR) GRI Report, we continue to align to the G4 Core Level where possible. This means we are reporting on the Core G4 Indicators of our CR performance, as well as each of the performance indicators referenced in the Electric Utility Sector Supplement (EUSS) where information is relevant and available for disclosure. The delivery of natural gas and electricity to you is not affected by your choice. If you change who you purchase natural gas services or electricity services from, you will continue receiving natural gas and electricity from the distribution company in your service area.
