At the end of 2015, more than 193,000 people have signed up for eBill, the convenient, clutter-free way for customers to access their ENMAX bill. The initiative also reduces paper waste and minimizes internal costs associated with billing.
"Providing customers with eBill gives us the ability to enhance the customer experience by providing convenient online access to billing history anytime, anywhere while removing the waste and clutter of paper bills," said James McKee, Executive Vice President, Customer Energy Marketing.

All customers are free to purchase natural gas services from the default supply provider or from a retailer of their choice and to purchase electricity services from the regulated rate provider or from a retailer of their choice. The delivery of natural gas and electricity to you is not affected by your choice. If you change who you purchase natural gas services or electricity services from, you will continue receiving natural gas and electricity from the distribution company in your service area.
