Unexpected outages

Outages can occur when something such as a tree, animal, equipment or vehicle comes in contact with a wire that's above or below ground. Other times electrical network equipment may fail or fluctuations in supply might lead to an outage.

Whatever the cause, our crews respond to restore power as quickly and as safely as possible.

If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the ENMAX Power Trouble Line at 403-514-6100.
