ENMAX Corporation is proud to announce our Customer Care Centre was chosen as one of the three finalists for the 2013 'Call Centre of the Year Award' by Service Quality Management (SQM) based on first call resolution and employee satisfaction.
The anticipation builds until SQM, a leading research firm that benchmarks over 450 leading North American call centers annually, reveals the winner of the award on April 16 in Washington, D. C.
We're proud of our Customer Care Centre for also receiving three additional 2013 Service Quality Awards of Excellence, including the Highest Customer Service for the Energy Industry Award for the third time. In addition, 56 of our customer service representatives were recognized for providing World Class service.
In 2013, SQM surveyed over 7,000 of our customers who called our Customer Care Centre and benchmarked each call on factors such as customer satisfaction and first call resolution. Over 81 per cent of the customers surveyed indicated they were very satisfied with the ENMAX call centre and 82 per cent said their issue was resolved on the first call.
