Can I sign up for EasyMax with only electricity or gas?

Yes! You can sign up an EasyMax agreement with electricity only by choosing either a stable 5-year fixed rate**, or our floating rate. At any point in time you can contact us at 310-2010 to add a gas site to your EasyMax agreement in order to start earning 100 EasyMax Reward® dollars, every year! |

What happens if I move?
|

You can transfer EasyMax with you to your new location. Just give us one month's notice that you are moving, provide us with your new Site ID for electricity (and gas if applicable) and we'll take care of the rest. |

Can I cancel EasyMax at any time?

Just provide us with one month's notice and we will cancel your EasyMax Agreement. You will be returned to your local electricity and gas company. |

No, as long as you provide us with one month's notice. If you can't provide one month's notice, ENMAX Energy will continue to bill you until we are able to return you to your local electricity and gas provider. |

How do I know what my gas and electricity rates will be?

View our current rates for gas and electricity in your area online. If you are on a Floating Gas Plan, your rate is calculated according to your meter read dates and will be displayed on your monthly bill. |

What if I changed my mind after I have signed up?

You have the right to cancel within 10 days of the date we receive your completed EasyMax sign up form, or anytime thereafter with just one month's notice.
