ENMAX Energy is pleased to offer our industry leading web-based, customizable billing and reporting system that can be tailored to meet your Company's specific requirements.

Your energy bills will be mailed each month. Current and all past invoices can be easily accessed directly from our web-based billing system. An e-mail notification can be sent as soon as invoices are posted and available electronically on our web-based system. All billing details can be reported and downloaded in .csv or .xls format.

The invoice and web-based reporting system details all energy charges, monthly regulated delivery, and service charges by the Wires Service Provider (WSP) paid by your company.

Web-Based Reporting

The ENMAX Energy reporting system is designed to save our customers time and money by providing on-line capabilities that enable clients to easily access and review information anytime and anywhere via the internet.

In addition to timely and accurate billing, ENMAX Energy believes true value lies in the ability to utilize web-based systems for accurate accounting, budgeting and operational reporting. Our web-based billing system will produce detailed reports for billing, consumption and site management.

Some of the features of the ENMAX Energy system include:

• Web-enabled reporting for billing and consumption at the master level as well as any pre-defined level of grouping down to the site.
• Storing and managing data received from Wire Service Providers (electricity) and Local Distribution Companies (natural gas)
• Export to Microsoft Excel or .csv file downloads of all billing and consumption information
• Graphical reports for energy profiles.

The reports are designed to roll up from individual sites to business unit and corporate summary reports.
