ENMAX Corporation owns a number of subsidiaries, but the largest and most important of these are, ENMAX Power Corporation (“EPC”), the distribution and transmission company, and ENMAX Energy Corporation (“EEC”), the electricity and natural gas commodity provider. EEC serves customers on the Regulated Rate Option ("RRO") and default rate, and on competitive commodity contracts. If you are a RRO customer, EEC may not use your customer information for retail sales and marketing purposes without your active consent.
