Today, more and more computers are running software that suppresses pop-up ads. When you access your ENMAX forms you are accessing a form that sits on our secure servers, to protect your information. This form is displayed in a way that your computer may recognize as a pop-up window, and as such, your computer will stop you from ever seeing it. For example, some newer versions of Norton and Zone Alarm not only protect your computer from hackers while connected to the internet, they also stop pop-ups from displaying. Norton 2003 has Security Ad blocker that causes pop-ups to be suppressed.

The following methods are suggestions for overcoming this issue and, if you are running one of the following browsers, follow the steps outlined:

• Hold down the CTRL key as you click on the link will sometimes open the pop-up window.
• If there are multiple windows opened on the computer, with an inactive wrapper window in the background, when the form window loads it may be hidden behind an active.

Internet Explorer
Check your cookie handling in your internet tools.

To see all online forms on the enmax.com website when using some versions of Internet Explorer you must:

• Go to "Tools" at the top of the web browser and select "Internet Options"
• The Internet Options window will open with the "General" tab active.
•  Select the "Privacy" tab
• Select "Edit" to open another window.
•  Enter www.enmax.com in the address of website field and select "Allow". It will then appear in the Managed Websites area.
• Select "OK" (window will close) then "OK" again to close the Internet options window.

or

• Go to "Tools" at the top of the web browser and select "Internet Options"
• The Internet Options window will open with the "General" tab active.
• Select the "Privacy" tab
• Select "Advanced" to open another window.
•  Select "Override Automatic Cookie Handling" and then "always allow session cookies".  
• Select "OK" (window will close) then "OK" again to close the Internet options window.

Netscape 7.01
If you are running Netscape 7.01 you have to change the popup window suppression option that prevents pop-up windows from appearing. The icon for a suppressed pop-up appears on the task bar at the bottom of your screen. To see all online forms on the enmax.com website when using Netscape 7.01 you must:

• Go to "Edit" at the top and select "Preferences" from the drop down 
•  Click on the arrow beside "Privacy & Security"
• A Drop list will display choice under "Privacy & Security"
• Click on Popup Window
• Right next to suppress popups there is a button called "Exceptions". Select this button.
• Another window opens and there is an input box at the top, with an add button to the right of it.
• Type in www.enmax.com, then select add.
• It should now appear in the list of allowable popup windows.
• Select "OK", the window will close.
• Select "OK", the Preference window will close.
• You should be able now to view all wrapper window forms on the website
