Eligibility

The energy-saving night light giveaway, offered by ENMAX Energy Corporation (“ENMAX Energy”) is open to all residents of the City of Calgary who have reached the age of majority at the time of entry.  There is a limit of one entry per eligible household while quantities last. The giveaway begins Saturday, November 19, 2005.

Giveaway Details

• 5,000 energy-saving night lights will be given to respondents on a first come, first served basis (approximate value of each giveaway is $5.00 CDN), and will be sent by mail.
  
• In order to receive the energy-saving night light, the respondent must fill-out the fulfillment form details at enmax.com/tips. 
  
• The energy-saving night light must be accepted as awarded.
  
• The chance of receiving an energy-saving night light depends on the number of responses received. Energy-saving night lights will be distributed to the first 5,000 individuals to respond. 
  
• Any additional cost incurred in collecting or using the energy-saving night light is the responsibility of the respondent.
  
• ENMAX reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, amend or suspend this promotion without prior notice, for any reason.
  
• ENMAX is not responsible for any technical, hardware, software or telephone failures of any kind, or lost or unavailable network connections or garbled or deleted computer network transmissions, or failed, incomplete, garbled, misdirected, delayed or lost responses, which may limit the ability to participate in this promotion.
  
• ENMAX is not responsible for any injury or damage to persons or property arising from this promotion or any items distributed in relation to it, or which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from accessing, downloading or transmitting any material from the website enmax.com. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.
  
• ENMAX is not responsible for the implementation, installation, or performance of the energy-saving night light that is distributed.
