The ENMAX Board of Directors has reported today that compensation set for the interim President and CEO Mr. Charles Ruigrok is equivalent to $1.2 million per year. Mr. Ruigrok has agreed to a six-month contract subject to an extension if necessary and can be terminated on 30 days notice by either party.

Mr. Ruigrok will not receive his ENMAX Board of Directors compensation and is not eligible for company benefits or bonuses.
