Calgary, Alta—ENMAX Corp. will hold a news conference this Friday, December 10, 2010 to discuss document on governance and compensation to be delivered to City Council.

ENMAX Board Chair, Cliff Fryers, and Corporate Governance Committee Chair, Margot Micallef, will be in attendance to discuss the details of the document.

In addition, Fryers and Micallef will also answer any questions regarding ENMAX transparency, ENMAX protocols and ENMAX corporate governance practices to those in attendance. There will be no one-on-one interviews following this news conference.
