EasyMaxTM extends its reach with the lowest electricity rate in the province

ENMAX Energy Corporation has added a new single electricity component to its popular EasyMax program.  Until now, EasyMax has only been available to people who combined their electricity and natural gas with ENMAX Energy.  Now customers have an opportunity to select a plan for electricity only, at a price far below the competition.

“This new option will be attractive for people who live in condominiums or apartments and do not receive natural gas bills directly,” said Gary Holden, President and CEO, ENMAX Energy Corporation. “We continue to listen to customers and improve our EasyMax program as a result of their feedback.”

The electricity rate is 7.0 cents a kilowatt hour (kWh) for five years, and offers the same EasyMax benefit that customers can change or cancel their plan at any time with no penalties. EasyMax’s fixed electricity rate continues to be the lowest in the province.
